Day 0. The 100-Day Bug Bounty Challenge: Sharing 100 Vulnerabilities in 100 Days
Hi everyone! I’m Mahesh Dhakad, Cyber Security Researcher and a Part time bounty hunter, and today, I’m kicking off an exciting journey — the 100-day bug bounty challenge. Over the next 100 days, I’ll be sharing one vulnerability every single day. The goal is to help others in the cybersecurity and bug bounty community by documenting and explaining various vulnerabilities I’ve come across during my work.
Why This Challenge?
Bug bounty hunting is an amazing field. It’s not just about finding security flaws; it’s about solving puzzles, thinking like an attacker, and learning every day. Through this challenge, I want to:
- Share Knowledge: By breaking down vulnerabilities, I hope to make them easier for others to understand and learn from.
- Stay Consistent: Writing every day will push me to stay disciplined and improve my knowledge even further.
- Give Back to the Community: The cybersecurity community has taught me so much. This is my way of contributing back.

- Real-World Examples: I’ll share real vulnerabilities that the Researchers found (after they’ve been responsibly disclosed, of course!) and the Resources to Practice.
- Tips and Tricks: I’ll also share tips to help you improve your own bug hunting skills.
